VCDs and DVDs purchased from realvcd.com can be returned WITHIN 7 days of receipt of shipment for a refund or exchange.
These items must be unopened, still in their plastic wrap, and in new condition (exception will be granted for damaged items received).
realvcd.com is currently unable to accept returns of items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
realvcd.com cannot accept returns of items not directly purchased from us.

Returning Your Order
To return the items to realvcd.com, follow the below process:
- Send an e-mail to customer service department to obtain an authorization. Please provide your order number.
- Place all items in their original packaging, including the original envelope in the return envelope.
- You can return to the address found at the back of the envelope where your package comes in.
- You can ship the package via the registered airmail service, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Customer Service department.
- You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within 2 working days.
Notice
- Any unauthorized, or improperly packaged items cannot be accepted for return.
- realvcd.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
- realvcd.com do not reimburse the shipping costs of return shipments.
