Sammo discovers that the unscrupulous owner of a fast-food chain, Nathan Babbott, and his hired gang of thugs are trying to put one of his oldest friends, Wu Feng out to business. Wu's beautiful daughter Vanessa (Shannon Lee) teams with Sammo to keep the treasured family business open, despite the intensifying threats. When Babbott's henchmen kidnap Vanessa, Sammo is hot on the trail to rescue her.

While investigating the brutal gun smuggling ring, Sammo and Terrel follow a trial of clues that leads them to the surprising mastermind behind the criminal operation-a convict currently serving time in teh maximum security prison. The two detectives to undercover as inmates to catch the ruthless gun dealer before he sells a massive supply of arms to local gangs.
