While investigating a local drug ring. Sammo and Terrel discover that one of the F.B.I.'s most wanted drug dealers, a legendary gangster named Chava Rocha, has left his Colombian hideout and returned to Los Angeles. Apparently, Rocha has risked arrest and come to L.A. to track down his young son Sean, whom his ex-wife has hidden away. Sammo and Terrel to undercover at Sean's high school to protect the boy form his violent father and to expose Rocha as the mastermind behind an international drug cartel.

When his ex-partner is murdered while investigating a powerful gambling syndicate and the evidence suggests that he was a "dirty" cop. Terrel vows to avenge his friend's death and clear his name.
